A crash on the Kwinana Freeway southbound has blocked a lane, causing major congestion as motorists head home on Friday afternoon.
The crash is located after Farrington Road in Leeming and was reported by Main Roads at 4.09pm.
The two left lanes have been blocked by the incident, causing heavy traffic on approach to the site.
Ambulance and towing services are on the scene.
Main Roads has advised drivers to exercise extreme caution if travelling in the area.
