A man has been charged with the murder of an eight-week-old baby.
Police allege a baby was seriously injured in an incident at Innaloo, in Perth’s north, on Saturday and later died.
Detectives charged Eric Ronald Riley, 23, with murder following the baby’s death.
He appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court on Monday and was remanded in custody.
The matter was moved to the Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court where Mr Riley will appear on June 24.
