Shock jock Kyle Sandilands has launched legal action against ARN after his multimillion-dollar contract was ripped up following on-air conflict with his co-host Jackie O Henderson.
Court documents were served last Friday in the Federal Court again ARN and the Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of ARN.
Sandilands made headlines last week when the news broke that the 54-year-old’s $100m contract had been terminated and that he had declared a legal war on the broadcast network.
The move came after an on-air bust-up between Sandilands and his long-time co-host Jackie O (Henderson) last month.
