Check out the companies making the biggest moves premarket: Mission Produce — Shares of the avocado producer popped 7.5%. Mission Produce beat the expectations of every analyst polled by FactSet for both earnings per share, excluding items, and revenue in its fiscal third quarter. Apple — Shares were slightly down as traders awaited an event in which the company is expected to announce new iPhones, including a foldable one. Casey’s General Store — Shares dropped more than 10% after the convenience store chain reported mixed results for the fiscal first quarter. While earnings and revenue for the period beat expectations, Casey’s also reported a 0.3% year-over-year decline in fuel sales. Sales of prepared food and dispensed beverages also increase slightly less than anticipated. Signet Jewelers — The jeweler popped 17% on the back of better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter. Signet earned an adjusted $2.19 per share, beating a FactSet estimate of $1.74 per share. The company also increased its full-year earnings guidance. Energy stocks — The group pushed higher after Brent crude futures topped $100 a barrel for the first time since July, amid growing tension between Iran and the U.S. West Texas Intermediate futures, the the U.S. benchmark, popped 2.14% to $95 a barrel. The XLE ETF, which tracks the S & P 500 energy sector, gained around 1% before the bell. ExxonMobil advanced 1%. ServiceTitan — Shares fell over 17% in premarket trading after the technology company’s third quarter guidance on revenue fell short of estimates by analysts polled by FactSet. The company did beat on revenue for the second quarter, reporting $292.8 million versus FactSet’s $285.9 million. It also raised its revenue for its full-year guidance. Braze — The customer engagement platform’s shares dropped nearly 11% on Wednesday morning after it fell short on revenue against analysts estimates polled by FactSet. The company did beat on earnings per share. Chime Financial — Shares were up over 10% for the financial technology company after it reported better-than-expected second quarter earnings. For its third quarter guidance, the company expects to generate between $680 million and $690 million in revenue, surpassing analysts’ estimate of $640.6 million. — CNBC’s Fred Imbert contributed reporting.
