Brodie Charles Proctor: Man sentenced for 3-D printer and homemade firearm parts

A man caught with a 3-D printer, instructions on how to manufacture weapons, and pipes modified as firearm parts told police he had the items to make a fountain and “bang in some dirt” at land he was buying.
