Check out the companies making the biggest moves in premarket trading: Alphabet — The tech giant moved 2% higher after unveiling its most advanced artificial intelligence model yet, Gemini 4 Argon . The new model delivers improvements in cybersecurity, coding and complex professional work, Alphabet said. Accenture — The global professional services company soared 17% following its fiscal fourth-quarter results. Accenture’s revenue of $18.68 billion exceeded the company’s guidance of $17.75 billion to $18.4 billion, as well as FactSet’s consensus estimate of $18.3 billion. Its earnings of $3.29 per share also topped expectations. Rocket Lab — Shares rose 4.5% after the space company signed a multiyear launch agreement for 20 new Electron missions with Toyoko-based company Synspective. Rocket Lab said it is the largest commercial launch contract for Electron to date. McCormick — The spice company’s third-quarter results topped expectations, sending shares nearly 5% higher. McCormick’s adjusted earnings came in at 86 cents per share, topping the 76 cents expected from analysts polled by FactSet. Revenue was $2.02 billion, versus the $1.98 billion consensus estimate. Dollar Tree — Shares rose 1.3% after a Loop Capital upgrade to buy from hold. ” We believe the current US macroeconomic backdrop is highly favorable for Dollar Tree as the holiday selling season approaches,” analysts said. Nu Holdings — The Brazilian digital bank added nearly 6% after issuing a statement denying that it is pursuing a transaction with U.K. digital bank Monzo. Nu said it was responding to recent media speculation that it was acquiring Monzo. Micron — The memory chipmaker reported better-than-expected results for the fiscal fourth quarter. The company earned an adjusted $33.42 per share on revenue of $54.23 billion. Analysts polled by LSEG expected a profit of $31.61 per share on revenue of $51.07 billion. The stock fell slightly despite those results, though other semiconductor names moved higher. The Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) gained more than 1%, while the VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH) advanced 1%. Constellation Energy — Shares climbed 3.5% following the energy company’s announcement of a 20-year deal with Amazon that supports the generating capacity expansion of Maryland’s nuclear power plant, Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center. Synopsys — The software company rose nearly 4% following its investor day, which outlined its growth strategy and long-term targets. Synopsys expects 2027 revenue growth of 15% year over year to between $11.10 billion to $11.20 billion, versus the $10.82 billion expected from analysts, per FactSet. The company also announced a strategic partnership with OpenAI. Vicor — Shares jumped roughly 12% after the company raised its third-quarter revenue growth guidance to more than 30% from its previous guidance of at least 20%. Victor made the change due to increased royalties from its previously announced first non-exclusive license to Vertical Power Delivery. Corteva — Corteva announced Thursday that it is now a pure-play global crop protection company, after spinning off its seed and genetic business, which will now be known as Vylor. The move comes after an appeals court denied the State of California’s temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction seeking to delay the separation. —CNBC’s Fred Imbert contributed reporting.
