WA police have urgent welfare concerns for a 12-year-old last seen at Perth Children’s Hospital on Monday.
Police are appealing to the public in the search for Farhana Mewburn, who was last seen at around 11.30pm on Monday, June 29.
The 12-year-old is about 165cm tall, with medium length brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a grey hooded jumper and grey pants.
Anyone who was seen Farhana is being urged to contact police immediately on 131 444.
